Mac’n’cheese Bolognese

When you need to do a carb load or either pre or post ride nothing satisfies like a helping of pasta, and if this recipe was good enough for Mark Cavendish who am I to argue.

Nice flavor and easily made gluten free by suing your favorite gluten free pasta.
